A regional aquarium, the Marine Life Center offers a range of interactive exhibit areas where visitors can explore the variety of aquatic creatures that live in the Pacific Northwest. Children can explore the center's touch pools, which allow for hands-on contact with various safe animals, or look up from below into a small aquarium, providing a unique way of experiencing underwater life. The center is located on the Bellingham Bay waterfront, a few blocks northwest of Maritime Heritage Park.
