This is actually a good dentist, unfortunately the reception and billing department are horrible. They will tell you something is covered by your insurance when really its not. The receptionists will lie and you will get stuck with the full amount for a procedure. A business should not be based on lies. Seek dental care elsewhere!!!

This is a good office for dental care, unfortunately the reception and billing department are not so good. On my first visit I was given a treatment plan with every procedure I would need and a cost breakdown as to what my insurance would cover. After having a procedure I was later sent a bill from the office requesting a payment that was three times the amount what I was initially told. It appeared that my insurance did not cover the procedure after all, EVEN THOUGH THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME IT WAS AND EVEN GAVE IT TO ME IN WRITING. When I tried to have this matter resolved I was told that they try to explain that some procedures may not be covered, but not to worry. It makes me wonder what the point of giving me an estimate even was??? Why not just tell me that I am responsible for the whole thing in the first place? When you get a car fixed or have a roof repaired an estimate is usually provided and you can count on the total being pretty close to what the estimate says. At Barkley Boulevard Dental Care they will tell you something is covered when really it's not. That's what I call a LIE. A business should not be run this way. Seek dental care elsewhere!!!

Children complained of pain for months after, even though I took children back to see if there were problems. I also experianced pain and then was lectured. Not very friendly after the first few visits.
