Third-generation florist-owner-designer, Katie (K.C.) Ofshe, professionally-trained, award-winning designers, and a support staff from WWU create each order with creativity and care. The JFS team reviews and selects all flowers, plants, balloons and gift cards to reflect floral expressions and thoughtful sentiments.

Our Whatcom County Gift Baskets include Chocolate Necessities, Appel Farm Cheeses, Vis Seafoods, Mt. Baker Wines, and many other local items. Ms. Ofshe, has coordinated everything from simple wedding ceremonies to 768 centerpiece dinner complete with haiku. Our mezzanine level features colorful Fiestaware, Lucky Bamboo, Decorative Silks, Baskets and Plants, and Consultation Area with wedding-event reference material, and wedding decor displays.
